Tensions are mounting along the Gulf Coast where oil is now pouring onto the shores of Pensacola Beach. To make matters worse, a federal judge this week overturned President Obama’s moratorium on offshore drilling. But as news reports were quick to point out, this judge owns stock in the very companies responsible for the current oil spill.
