The Pentagon told Congress in their defense review that it was time to factor severe climate change into their strategic military planning. According to that pack of obviously misguided tree-hugging military misfits, global climate change that is definitely now occurring could create “instability or conflict, placing a burden on civilian infrastructures and militaries around the world.” Wow. Strong language from the Pentagon!
