Citizens of the U.S. pay some of the highest prices for pharmaceuticals in the world. And now that pharmaceutical companies know they can get away with charging ridiculous markups, they’re looking to the Obama Administration to help them keep this practice going in countries across the globe. These higher drug prices are going to prevent millions of people from having access to life-saving drugs, but it will put enormous profits in the hands of big Pharma CEOs.
