The NFL has been embroiled in an effort to backpedal and scapegoat its failings regarding domestic violence and the administrative handling of the Ray Rice situation. Last Friday, Roger Goodell held a press conference to try and address the problems within the NFL and the steps that would be taken to improve things going forward. He failed.
