Not sufficiently busy with evaluating a potential presidential bid in 2016, Mike Huckabee is now offering parenting advise to the Obama’s. Currently on a book tour, Huckabee has apparently been second guessing the decisions of the most powerful couple in America.
According to Huffington Post:
While promoting his new book, Huckabee told People magazine, “I don’t understand how on one hand they can be such doting parents and so careful about the intake of everything – how much brccoli they eat and where they go to school … and yet they don’t see anything that might not be suitable” in the lyrics and a Beyoncé choreography “best left for the privacy of the bedroom.
Huckabee has a tradition of believing in the patriarchal authority over women. He’s said before that one of the ploys Democrats are using is to make women feel that they are helpless without government funded-birth control.
If the Democrats want to insult the women of America by making them believe that they are helpless without ‘Unlce Sugar’ coming in and providing for them a prescription each month for birth control, because they cannot control their libido or their reproductive system without the help of the government, then so be it.
The first lady’s office has not acknowledged the comments from Huckabee.
