In the wake of the horrific 2012 sexual abuse scandal involving the Penn State football program, the NCAA stripped the team and former coach Joe Paterno of 112 wins.
Now the NCAA has decided to restore those wins, and ESPN anchor Keith Olbermann is not happy about it.
