Frivolous regulations; nobody likes them. Now, how you define “frivolous” may change from how I define frivolous. For Republican Senator Thom Tillis, I’m certain he sees things in a different way.
At a talk at the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC), the senator stated that he thinks it would be fine for restaurants to opt out of the regulation that requires it force its employees to wash their hands after using the restroom before returning to work. That means that the senator has no problem with someone doing the do and coming right back out and serving your meal, basically, just so long as they disclose that in their fine print somewhere.
