A TransAsia Airways plane is shown in this highly shocking video hitting a bridge as it crashed shortly after take-off from an airport in Taipei, according to reports.
Reports indicate the plane carried 58 people and rescues efforts are ongoing, though 15 people have been pulled out alive and 20 are still considered missing.
