In an odd and offbeat moment, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) decided to fly off the handle about his feelings that Guantanamo should stay open.
The Senator, in a hearing on Thursday decided to ignore evidence that the prison and the treatment of detainees in the prison has helped al-Qaeda with its recruitment efforts.
Instead, Cotton co-oped the questioning of Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Brian McKeon.
