Imagine going off to fight a war for your country, only to come home and find out that your house has been foreclosed on and your car has been repossessed. This scenario has played itself out across America as members of the military are coming home to find out their lives have been turned upside down and torn apart.
To make matters worse, there are supposed to be rules in place to protect military service members from things like foreclosures and repossessions when they’re out fighting for this country. But the finance industry is victimizing our soldiers with something called ‘forced arbitration.’
