Church’s enjoy a status of tax protection in this country not shared by many other institutions. They are completely exempt from taxation. These protected institutions are meddling in politics to the extreme and abusing the social position that they have been granted in society.
It’s time to remove their tax protections and make them play by the same rules as everyone else.
