Michele Bachmann is desperate for media attention now that the world knows she’s barely able to be in public on her without supervision. But her desperation has been leading her into more and more despicable waters. Just recently, she compared Barack Obama to the pilot of the Germanwings plane who deliberately crashed, killing everyone aboard.
With his Iran deal, Barack Obama is for the 300 million souls of the United States what Andreas Lubitz was for the 150 souls on the German Wings [sic] flight – a deranged pilot flying his entire nation into the rocks. After the fact, among the smoldering remains of American cities, the shocked survivors will ask, why did he do it?
It would be easy to think to yourself that Bachmann only represents a small minority of the insane members of the Republican party, but that’s a fantasy of the left. Bachmann, sadly, represents the norm of the Republican party. In the last presidential election cycle, for example, she briefly led the Republican party in polls.
