Yesterday, a federal appeals court ruled that the National Security Agency’s mass data collection program is illegal.
In a separate decision, a panel of circuit judges overturned a ruling that said it was illegal for law enforcement to access cell phone location and data without a warrant.

The Young Turks’ John Iadarola, Jimmy Dore, and Ana Kasparian sat down to discuss the details of the ruling.
