Rep. Steve King (R-IA) appeared on Fox News and said that Americans “got along fine before Obamacare and will get along fine without Obamacare.” That’s wrong because some Americans didn’t “get along” without Obamacare. More than six million people have health coverage now because of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In many cases, it has saved lives.
