It hasn’t been a great business week for Donald Trump. After making derogatory and flat-out racist remarks during his announcement speech, Donald has been losing business connections left and right.
First it was NBC Universal cutting ties with him completely, now it’s Macy’s department store chain.
We do not believe [Mr. Trump’s] disparaging characterizations portray an accurate picture of the many Mexicans, Mexican Americans and Latinos who have made so many valuable contributions to the success of our nation. In light of statements made by Donald Trump, which are inconsistent with Macy’s values, we have decided to discontinue our business relationship with Mr. Trump and will phase-out the Trump menswear collection which has been sold at Macy’s since 2004.
This time, Trump, in typical style, is calling for a boycott of Macy’s.
For all of those who want to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain, boycott @Macys. They are weak on border security & stopping illegal immigration.
