Amid her efforts to prove herself more liberal as the effect of Bernie Sanders in the Democratic race is giving her a run for her money. During her recent presentation at a New Hampshire town hall, hecklers were having none of it from Clinton.
One attendant called Clinton out for being on the wrong side when it comes to the question of fossil fuel extraction. The woman questioned whether Clinton’s soft stance on the fossil fuel industry
“I know what the right answer, in terms of getting votes, would have been,” answered Clinton. “The right answer would have been, ‘You bet I will ban extraction on public lands.'”
