Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio said President Obama has “no class” and is an undignified head of state. Rubio is the last person who should be making such assertions. He’s embezzled thousands of dollars from the GOP to pay for frivolous items like car repairs, haircuts, and stereo equipment.
