There is an explosive plague of sexual assault and injustice towards women in India. Recently, an India judge ruled that a 14-year-old rape victim couldn’t abort the baby conceived during the attack. With such global attention on the injustices in India, there seems to be much complacency within the country about the crimes. Considering that, one must ask: is this a crime powered by culture?
