Former Texas Governor and all around sideshow act Rick Perry has finally got a break in his efforts to petition a lower court in Texas to drop his felony charges of abuse of power and coercion of a public official. A 3rd Court of Appeals recently threw out the coercion charge, so now Perry only has one federal felony charge to look forward to.
