Officer Ray Tensing of the University of Cincinnati police department was indicted for the murder of 43-year-old Samuel Dubose on Wednesday. Tensing shot Dubose in the head during a routine traffic stop, saying it was in self-defense. However, footage from Tensing’s body camera doesn’t show an officer in danger. It shows murder committed by an out of control cop.
