We at Ring of Fire had a feeling that lion-killer Walter Palmer was a Fox News-loving Republican. As it turns out, that’s exactly what Palmer is. If it looks like a duck, then, well, you know the rest.
Addicting Info reported that not only is Palmer a gun-loving conservative, but he actually gives the Republican party lots of money; lots of filthy, undisclosed, political dark money. In 2012, Palmer gave $5,000 to Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign. No regular conservative has that much money to throw away on a losing campaign. Palmer is a one-percenter Republican. He did spend $50,000 to kill Cecil the Lion, after all.
What’s more about our rich, animal-killing friend, he’s been sued for sexual harassment. He settled a sexual harassment case in 2009 involving an employee who was also a patient. Palmer’s inappropriate behavior occurred from 1999 to 2005, and the woman said she was “subjected to verbal comments and physical conduct involving her breasts, buttocks, and genitalia.”
There we have it, but is it so surprising? Palmer has all the makings of some right-wing kook: he gives lots of money to GOP candidates, he loves big guns, and he’s a sexual predator. It’s pretty sad for the Republicans when their constituents commit crimes like this. He’s still in hiding, by the way.
