Pro-life activists have come out in full force ever since a heavily-edited sting video surfaced. The video featured two anti-abortionists attempting to make Planned Parenthood look like it profits from aborted fetuses. Amy Goodman with Democracy Now! reported that the assertions against Planned Parenthood are false.
After the video surfaced, Republican politicians have launched a mindless crusade against legal and safe methods of abortion. They seek to strip Planned Parenthood of $500 million in government funding.
