It will take a lot more than a cancer diagnosis to keep former president Jimmy Carter from living life. Four days after announcing his cancer diagnosis, Carter attended a church service in his hometown of Plains, Georgia with his wife, Roslyn.
Carter has inspired hope among Guinea Worm sufferers in Africa with his philanthropic work, and he will likely now inspire cancer patients here in America with his tremendous strength and courage.
