Caitlyn Jenner could likely face a vehicular manslaughter charge related to an automobile accident that killed a woman last February, reported ESPN. Investigators found that Jenner was driving at a speed “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions.”
On February, 7, Jenner was hauling an off-road vehicle on a trailer pulled by a Cadillac Escalade. She steered trying to avoid cars slowing at a traffic light when she rear-ended two cars, pushing one car into oncoming traffic. The driver of that car was struck head-on and later died.
Jenner faces up to one year in jail if convicted.
