Reports indicate that Michigan staffers for Marco Rubio and Rand Paul got into a bar fight Thursday night. Rand Paul’s chief strategist in Michigan, John Yob, said that he was out at Horn’s Bar Thursday night when Marco Rubio’s deputy campaign manager, Rich Beeson, attacked him.
“I ran into a guy named Rich Beeson,” Yob said in a post on Facebook, “who frankly I didn’t even know who it was at first because he isn’t relevant in our political world. He literally physically assaulted me by punching me in the face. The state police are looking for him. I have it on video from multiple angles. This will play out in the national media in the next few hours.”
Yob has asked that Rubio fire Beeson.
