It appears that the American Republican Party is not the only openly racist, bigot political organization in the world.
During his address last night to the UN, Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe wanted to make clear that Zimbabwe citizens “are not Gays.”
Last year, President Mugabe called same-sex relationships “inhuman” and threatened to expel any diplomats who supported the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. In 2013, he used remarks against homosexuals to attack U.S. President Barack Obama. Sodomy is illegal in Zimbabwe, and the country’s Sexual Deviancy Act of 2006 criminalizes any relation between men that would “that would be regarded by a reasonable person to be an indecent act.”
