Vice President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday that he will not join the Democratic presidential race. It’s a reasonable and expected decision considering his continued statement that he doesn’t have the emotional energy to do it.
Andrea Tantaros of Fox News, however, believes it’s a ploy to provide cover for Hillary Clinton during the Benghazi investigation.
