Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach is the conservative’s most renown anti-immigration activist and white bigot. He delivered a keynote address at the annual Writers’ Workshop of the Social Contract Press (TSCP), which is a white nationalist publishing house.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), TSCP publisher John Tanton is the founder of the modern American nativist movement. According to the SPLC:

Given TSCP’s publisher, it’s not surprising that articles from their eponymous journal The Social Contract have propagated the myth that Latino activists want to occupy and “reclaim” the American Southwest, argued that no Muslim immigrants should be allowed into the United States and claimed that multiculturalists are trying to replace “successful Euro-American culture” with “dysfunctional Third World cultures.”

Kobach helped Arizona pass SB 1070, the controversial anti-immigration bill that allows police officers to stop any person who looks Hispanic in order to check their identification. Think Nazi Germany, “Let me see your papers, please.”
