During CNN’s State of the Union with Jake Tapper, a conservative round-table of Republican buffoons dodged the sticky issue of ‘are all Muslims terrorists?’ to instead criticize Obama’s leadership as justification for disallowing Syrian refugees into the country. There was really no dissenting voice in the crowd, lending the GOP yet another platform to lead with anti-Islamic rhetoric of a less obvious, and possibly more sinister kind.

Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn presented the loudest voice in the discussion working to simultaneously appear compassionate while also giving the middle finger to innocent refugees.

One might hope that CNN would put a stop to this anti-immigration rant, but Tapper sat back as the GOP racists ran the show. Clearly, this interview is yet another sign that corporate media is turning into an echo chamber for dirty politics.

Watch.
