Vice President Joe Biden sat down with NowThis Media in order to discuss the president’s recent executive order concerning gun control. The vice president explained that just like the first amendment, there can be restrictions on the 2nd amendment without the rights of citizens being infringed.
“I can say anything I want except there are certain things I can’t say and the truth of the matter is, its the same way with every amendment in the constitution”
