On Larry Wilmore’s “Nightly Show,” Wilmore brought on two reporters to imitate the corporate news tactic of arguing for both sides of an issue, even when there is clearly only one credible source.

In this case, the issue was a chapter of the KKK who decided that they would be handing out memberships to Latino and African American individuals and focusing on a more inclusive idea of a “Strong America.”

Clearly, the only ‘side’ to this story is the fact that you cannot rebrand a hateful organization and take away the well-deserved stigma that it has earned, but the “fair and balanced” sketch hilariously portrayed what corporate media might make of this story.

Watch.
