Bill Maher reminded Americans that this election is unprecedented, a time when all politics-as-usual have been tossed out the window for the foreseeable future. Because of this unpredictability, Maher has no patience for what he calls “The Bernie But-ers,” the voters who align with Bernie but won’t vote for him because he doesn’t seem electable.

When a female pundit asked Maher whether or not Sanders is prepared to handle the role as Commander In Chief, Maher emphatically said, “F*ck yeah.”

“This is the year when there are no rules.”
