During a campaign speech over the weekend, presidential candidate Bernie Sanders drew a strong distinction between the current Republican and Democratic presidential races. While Democrats have worked to maintain a civil discourse free of personal attacks and comments about one’s genitals, the Republican fight has gone just about everywhere it could.

Sanders kept his comparison mild as he said that what was going on in the GOP was akin to a 6th grade food fight. Now, unless sixth graders have changed since I was in middle school, that is a massive understatement.

There exists a massive amount of integrity in one party that is woefully absent in the other, and the idea that this election will really be between these two massively different groups is laughable. Way to keep it classy as always, Bernie.

Watch.
