Ted Cruz likes to set the bar high in the Republican party. On Monday, Cruz told reporters that the only way he would not support Donald Trump as the Republican nominee is if he went out onto Fifth Avenue and shot someone, as Trump has previously alluded to.
Come on, Teddy. Are you sure you still wouldn’t support him then? What if he just grazed the guy with his bullet? What if he gave him a purple nurple and a swirly instead? If he openly kicked a puppy, and you saw it, would you still support him?
The Republican party: we support you unless you murder someone.
