Most often, when one is looking for commentary on progressive liberal issues, the last place one would look would be MSNBC‘s conservative morning show “Morning Joe.” And yet, on Monday morning, the right-wing show put on its justice hat and went to work tearing apart the Democratic primary process, siding, amazingly, with Bernie Sanders.

Is it opposite day? Has April fools come 10 days too late?

Whatever happened to make Joe Scarborough utter the words “rigged system,” it’s hard not to love this segment.

“We’ve been talking about rigged systems. Bernie Sanders wins 56 to 44 percent in Wyoming… why does the Democratic Party even have voting booths? This system is so rigged.”

Co-host Mika Brzezinski got in on the outrage as well, shouting that voters in Wyoming and other states in Democratic primaries might as well not have voted at all for all the good it did their candidate.

“But we always talk about voter turnout and how important it is to do your duty as a citizen, there’s absolutely no reason any of those people voted, in any of those states. Right? Please, someone, tell me.”

“Tell me why those people needed to go vote, because their votes don’t matter.”

No doubt this wonderful outburst of sanity from “Morning Joe” will disappear as suddenly as it appeared, but for now, we can all sit back and imagine how wonderful it would be if MSNBC‘s top show went on rants about “the system” a bit more often.

Watch.
