In this new five minute ad for the Bernie Sanders campaign, noted director Spike Lee shows us the strong endorsements of noted black and Latino activists juxtaposed with clips from Bernie Sanders himself advocating for key racial issues.
“Wake up America!” Lee declares.
The speakers focused on key issues that Sanders has railed on, but also gave the issues a more clear sense of authenticity coming from the individuals that these issues most impact.
