Sam Brownback, the Republican Governor of Kansas, was going to do a grand experiment in Kansas. He implemented trickle-down economics by slashing taxes on the rich to “stimulate the economy.” Well nothing was stimulated, and now Kansas is suffering from cuts in education, highways and infrastructure, and more.
