The mother of infamous “affluenza teen” Ethan Couch was finally indicted this week for her role in the escape of her teen son to Mexico at the end of 2015.

Late last year, Couch and his mother disappeared suddenly but were quickly discovered in Mexico where police were able to capture them and bring them back to the U.S. to face charges.

Tonya Couch went before a grand jury in Texas where she was charged with money laundering and hindering apprehension.

Though her precious little flower might get off fairly scot-free, it does not appear that Ms. Couch will be extended the same courtesy.

Watch.
