In this Majority Report clip, Bryan Fischer, former director of Issues Analysis for the American Family Association and current talk-radio host on the American Family Radio network, likes to compare the SCOTUS ruling on same-sex marriage to U.S. historic events with high death counts. For the one-year anniversary of the Obergefell ruling, he chooses to equate it with a mashup of Pearl Harbor and 9/11. He left out slavery and Sodom and Gomorrah this time, likely because he’s going to put out a remix of this sensible argument soon and he wanted to save some material.
