Since Bernie Sanders’ endorsement of Hillary Clinton, we haven’t heard much from outspoken Sanders supporter and noted actress Susan Sarandon. But this week, amid the DNC email scandal which revealed that the party was clearly organized against Sanders from the very beginning, Sarandon has returned with a vengeance.
Speaking with The Young Turks‘ Jordan Chariton, Sarandon responded to the news of the DNC emails, calling it “disgusting.”
“That’s so disgusting. The critical question is, does it matter? Nixon resigned when they broke into the headquarters… and now you found out all this tampering went on. What does this really say about us if all of this goes by unattended?”
