Whether or not you are happy with the way President Barack Obama has presided over the nation in these last eight years, everyone must surely agree that his family, especially First Lady Michelle Obama, have been an unending delight of which we will never stop missing.
Mrs. Obama proved her strength and dignity on the first night of the Democratic Convention, offering up a strong vision of unity while subtly but viciously tearing apart the beliefs of Donald Trump.
“I wake up every morning in a house that was built by slaves, and I watch my daughters — two beautiful, intelligent black young women — playing with their dogs on the White House lawn. And because of Hillary Clinton, my daughters, and all our sons and daughters, now take for granted that a woman can be president of the United States.”
