Vice President Joe Biden, normally a rank-and-file Democrat, stood up for the Democratic minority that has remained vocal in their support for Bernie Sanders on Tuesday.

Though the media had a field day on Monday, pointing to vocal protests at the Dem Convention as a sign dis-unity and chaos, the vice president said that those delegates were merely expressing their disappointment after having worked so hard.

“Look, here’s the deal, guys: we have to be a little graceful, here. Y’know, the Sanders delegates worked their tail off . . . give ’em a chance, man. Give ’em a chance to – they’re gonna be, I promise you they’re gonna be fine.”

“They worked really hard. They did more to change the attitude in the party than anything that’s happened in a long, long time.”
