In this clip, we listen to John McCain’s appearance on a PA radio show during which he says that the Republican plan is to block any Supreme Court nominee should Hillary Clinton become president. Seems like a pretty exhausting, drawn-out, and crazy plan, but okay, of course that’s the plan.
