Conservative politicians are gearing up for a new war on abortion on the state level and it goes beyond the defunding of Planned Parenthood that’s most talked about in the news. Ever since the Supreme Court decision Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt (2016) that struck down TRAP laws, anti-choice lawmakers have been getting creative and weird with abortion restrictions.
