Would Term Limits for Congress Be A Good Thing?

Has Ted Cruz actually done something…positive? That just may be, as Cruz, along with Republican Rep. Ron DeSantis, has introduced an amendment to the US Constituion that would limit the number of terms that members of both the House and Senate are allowed to serve — the limit would be 3 terms for house members and 2 terms for Senators.
