Construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline is set to resume, but tribal leaders intend to remind Washington that they too are Americans and that their livelihood is at stake with the decision to resume construction. They fear police violence against protesters and insist that their First Amendment rights are being violated, RT America’s Manila Chan reports.
