Today was Scott Pruitt’s first day on the job as EPA administrator – and everybody’s worst fears about him are coming true. In his opening speech before the agency he’s about to lead – Pruitt didn’t mention climate change at all and brought up the issue of a “toxic environment” only once – to describe the current political climate.
