Mayor Pugh Reneges of Baltimore gained a lot of support from citizens by committing to backing a $15 minimum wage. But when the city council overwhelmingly passed a bill to raise the minimum wage, she refused to sign it. Radio talk show host Benjamin Dixon talks about this.
