A new study finds that rich Americans live on average 10-15 years longer than the poor. And this news comes as the GOP is attempting to strip the already imperfect Affordable Care Act, and leave more elderly, low-income, and people with pre-existing conditions without healthcare. Though Americans spend more on healthcare than any other country, the outcomes match the most unequal, poor, developing countries.
