In this Majority Report clip, we watch Alexander Jennes Downing, 35, losing his mind on a Texas beach. It’s due to a toxic combination of stupidity, racism, and being completely blacked out. He was arrested after the tirade, which was directed at a Muslim family (with young children present) and included a slew of obscenities and a lot of just screaming “Donald Trump.”
